This very cute vintage child mannequin dates to around the 1870s and is a French Stockman make. There is discolouration to the fabric and some rips and tears, the majority of which are to the back side of the right leg, but on the whole it has stood up well over time. The finial is a modern replacement, but is to the same design and scale as the original would have been.
Measurements: chest - 60 cm, waist - 55 cm, hips - 63 cm, height (from the top of the finial to the floor) - 72 cm
