This lovely vintage mannequin is a Stockman make and dates to around the 1930s. She is height adjustable using the original turnkey under the torso. A few points to mention are that there are age related marks to the fabric and fraying to the shoulders. The finial is a modern replacement, but is in the exact style of the original and there is a dent to the tip of the left bust. The wooden base of the torso has a split, but is still secure.
Update - she no longer has a dent in the bust as I have been able to push it out from the inside. See pics below:
