This is a NEW mannequin, but I have listed it in the vintage section as it is modeled exactly on a Vintage French Stockman mannequin. The finial, stand and tailoring to the fabric covering is in the exact Stockman style. The torso is covered with padding and then fabric and so it can take pins to all parts of the torso.

Bust - 36 inches
Waist - 26.5 inches
Hip - 38 inches
Height - (from top of finial to floor) 163 cm - can be adjusted to be made taller.
