This lovely c1900 wasp waist mannequin is in excellent condition, with wonderful tailoring to her tiny 21 inch waist. Her fabric covering is in superb condition and is a lovely deep red colour. This is very rare and I have had only 2 other mannequins with this colour fabric in all the years I have been collecting mannequins. The stand is in great condition and I can't see any evidence of any woodworm. She must have been a superior model of her time, as the collar and key to adjust the height is very ornate. The finial slots onto top top of the stand, rather than screwing on and you would probably want to secure this as it is a bit wobbly when just sitting on top.
