Mannequins are sent worldwide with a tracked and insured service. I will contact you once your mannequin has been shipped, so you will know when to expect her. Each mannequin is well packed in a strong box. She took many hours to make and I want to make sure she gets to you in the same condition she left me! A tracking number will be provided on request. These postage prices are for my Vintage Style Tailored Mannequins. Postage for vintage and antique mannequins may be more or less than these prices, depending on the size. Combined Postage
Where possible, I will always try to combine postage costs on multiple purchases. Due to the size of the female mannequins, for example, it is sometimes cheaper to send items separately, rather than pack together in an oversize box. Please have a play with the postage calculator in your shopping cart to calculate postage costs.
Returns
Every mannequin is finished to a high standard and carefully checked before packing. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and for your new mannequin to be exactly what you were expecting.
In the unlikely event of a return, please contact me and return her within 7 days of receipt. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and on receipt of the returned mannequin (in the same condition as it was sent out) I will refund the purchase price. I cannot accept returns for bespoke or customised mannequins, unless she is faulty or has been damaged in transit.
